Continuous 2-hour resistive and inductive load bank verification. Thermal equilibrium check on copper windings, coolant heat dissipation, and exhaust gas backpressure.

110% Overload Test

Mandatory 1-hour 110% standby overload verification to ISO 8528-5. Monitoring alternator AVR voltage stability (±1.0%) and electronic governor frequency dip (<3%).
